We are all obsessed with olive oil around here. It must be because my husband is from the Mediterranean and grew up playing in the family's olive groves. They are all so well versed and passionate about anything olive oil. We take our olive oil very seriously around here. So, this time around when I saw a recipe for chocolate, chocolate chip olive oil cookies I just had to try it. The cookies are AMAZING! Very rich and decadent with a fudgy-brownie consistency.
