I love everything DD. Dorothy Draper was the one of designers who brought the Victorian era of dark, swirly, depressing design into the Glam era of the 30s and 40s. Her first big job was designing the Carlisle Hotel in New York, and she never looked back. In the past few years her furniture has caught on fire with the whole Hollywood regency craze.
