I love a bold and punchy entryway like this one (the rest of this NYC apartment decorated by Ashley Whittaker is pure perfection, see it here) and even more so if it has a chic umbrella stand. There is something very elegant about them, especially if they are filled with the old-school wood handled umbrellas. Of course, the Osborne and Little Maharani wallpaper plays a large role too. I find it quite magical.

    I Love the idea of an Umbrella stand! I recently bought a big Vase that would be perfect as an umbrella stand in my Foyer.
