Crushing on || Grey and Yellow

Yesterday was heaven around here.  It was sunny and cool and relaxing.  I hope your weekend was great too).  If you are a regular reader you know I love grey ( you'll remember when I talked about it here and here) and the more I think about the perfect color to combine it with is yellow.  To me it;s a formula for elegance and simplicity.  Here are some shots for inspiration-









Gosh, the more I look at it the more it makes me weak in the knees.  Do you like it? Or do you prefer grey combined with another color?

    Gray looks so good with yellow or any color for that matter! But yellow really pops against the smokiness of the grays in your pics. I definitely like the depth of a smokey gray over a flat bright gray.

    This is one of my favorite pairings of colors. My cousin is using yellow and grey for her wedding colors in July!

    My favorites are the first and the last one, I like that pop of bright pink! Actually, I think that last one is pretty perfect, love every detail!

    That yellow ceiling is amazing! I have a lot of pops of yellow in my house–not a ton of grey though!
